Terms of service
Diffd is made by Pontén Solutions AB, company number 559569-8233, Sweden.
These terms are an agreement between you and Pontén Solutions AB about using Diffd. By installing or using Diffd you accept them.
The app
- Diffd records and edits your own gameplay. You're responsible for what you post and for following each platform's rules.
- Nothing is posted without your approval. Check each post before you approve it.
- Don't use Diffd to post content you don't have the rights to, to harass anyone, or to spam.
- You must be 13 or older, and old enough to accept these terms where you live (or have a parent's permission).
Pro
- Pro is a subscription that renews every month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time in the app (Settings, Your plan, Manage subscription); you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Prices include VAT where it applies and are shown before you pay.
- If you live in the EU you have 14 days to change your mind after subscribing. Write to support@getdiffd.com within 14 days and we'll refund you in full.
- Free features and limits can change. If we change Pro's price, we'll tell you before your next renewal so you can cancel first.
Credits
- Credits pay for AI edits. Pro includes some each month; those don't carry over to the next month. Credits you buy don't expire.
- Credits have no cash value: they can't be exchanged for money, sold or moved to another player.
- If you live in the EU, you can get a refund for a pack you haven't used any credits from within 14 days of buying it. Write to support@getdiffd.com. A refunded pack's unused credits are removed from your balance.
Our responsibility
- We work to keep Diffd reliable, but it's provided as is. We aren't liable for posts a platform removes, accounts a platform limits, or recordings lost on your computer. Keep copies of clips you care about.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. If we disagree, write to us first; EU consumers can also use the courts of their own country.
